Instalar MacOs x86 en Windows o Linux con VMware7 *Guia*

Hola amigos de Infierno Hacker, ultimamente aprendi mucho aqui, y queria colaborar desde mis humildes conocimientos con esta contribución al foro, tal vez ya haya muchos tutoriales sobre esto pero aqui dejo mi granito de arena.Cualquier duda comenten y les ayudo.
En esta guia muestro como se hace en Windows pero en Linux es practicamente lo mismo.
Controlar la maquina de forma virtual creo que es mucho mas comodo =P.

Requisitos Minimos

AMD No lo he probado pero supongo que funcionara (Segun he leido da problemas)
Micro a 2Ghz Minimo
1Gb RAM
12 GB De disco duro libres.

Saber usar VMware 7 o darse unas clases rapidas del mismo.
Iso del Mac o DVD.
Windows o Linux
